Welcome to cyclopath.store, friend. These terms are the simple rules of the ride. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. The site is run by Ahmed K. under the CYCLOPATH brand.

1. Your account

You can join with Google or with an email and password. Please give a real email so we can verify it.
Keep your password to yourself. You can turn on optional two-step sign-in and check your devices list any time.
If there are too many failed sign-in attempts, the account locks for a while. That’s to protect you.
You’re responsible for what happens under your account. If something looks wrong, sign out everywhere and tell us.

2. Being a good rider

Please don’t:

try to break into accounts, the site or the game;
use automated tools to flood sign-in, scores, votes or forms;
post or send anything abusive, hateful or illegal through feedback or other features;
pretend to be someone else.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

3. Member perks

Membership and perks are free. Perks include members-only stories, discount codes, votes, language feedback, and password-protected posts that unlock while you’re signed in. Please don’t share members-only content or codes publicly. Perks may change or end over time, and discount codes may have their own conditions.

4. Sinai Run

Anyone can play, with or without an account. The leaderboard shows your game handle, so pick one that’s kind. Guest scores can be merged into your account when you join. We may remove handles or scores that are offensive or look like cheating.

5. Field Goods

What we sell. Field Goods is the CYCLOPATH shop: physical objects from the road, such as a camera, a bike, a watch, shoes, a bag and a backpack. Prices are in EGP. The shop lives at cyclopath.store/field-goods/. For now it’s display-only, and checkout is opening soon.

Availability and sizes. We’ll confirm availability, size and condition with you before you pay.

Honest descriptions. Every item is described honestly, with real photos. If something has wear or a flaw, we’ll say so.

Prices and changes. We can change prices or availability at any time. A change never affects an order you’ve already paid for.

Reserved items. A reserved or “booked” item is only yours once it’s paid for. Until then, it may go to someone else.

Shipping and pickup. Shipping is charged separately, and the cost is shown before you pay. Pickup is available where noted on the item. Delivery times are estimates.

Damaged or wrong item. If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos. We’ll make it right.

Returns and refunds. We handle returns and refunds case by case, for unused items in their original condition. Write to us first, before sending anything back.

Chargebacks and fraud. Please talk to us before you open a chargeback. We usually sort things out faster. Fraudulent orders, stolen cards, or chargebacks on items you received may lead to cancelled orders, a closed account, and a report to the payment provider.

Member discount codes. Members may receive member discount codes. Each code works once per member, can’t be combined with other codes, has no cash value, and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.

6. Scams, phishing and impersonation

People sometimes pretend to be someone they’re not. Here’s how to know it’s really us.

Official channels. CYCLOPATH will only contact you through:

the website, cyclopath.store;
email addresses ending in @cyclopath.store;
X: @cyclopathh1 (Ahmed K. and The Sports Wire).

What we will never ask for. We will never ask, by direct message or email, for your password, sign-in or two-step codes, card details, or crypto. Anyone asking for these is not us.

What’s not allowed. You may not:

pretend to be Ahmed K., CYCLOPATH or the Sports Wire;
run fake shops or pages that sell under our name;
copy our content and present it as your own;
use the CYCLOPATH name or logo in a way that suggests we’re involved when we’re not.

How to report. If something looks off, don’t reply and don’t click. Send a screenshot or link to legal@cyclopath.store. Reporting the account to the platform where you saw it helps too.

7. Harassment, threats and intimidation

CYCLOPATH is a friendly ride, and we want it to stay that way.

We do not tolerate harassment, threats, intimidation or bullying aimed at Ahmed K., members or the community. That includes trying to pressure, scare or silence anyone, whether on this site, by email, or anywhere else it reaches us.

If it happens, we may:

remove content and close or ban accounts;
keep records of messages and activity;
report it to the platform involved;
where appropriate, report it to the relevant authorities.

If someone is targeting you, write to legal@cyclopath.store. We’ll take it seriously.

8. Intellectual property and takedown requests

Ours. The CYCLOPATH name, logo, stories, photos, artwork, games and designs belong to CYCLOPATH unless stated otherwise. Sharing a link is always welcome. Copying or reusing them needs our permission.

Yours. If you believe something on cyclopath.store uses your work without permission:

Email legal@cyclopath.store with the subject “Takedown request”.
Tell us what the work is, where it appears (link), and how to reach you.
Confirm that you own the work or are allowed to act for the owner.

We’ll review it, reply, and remove or fix the content if the request is valid. If your content was removed and you think that was a mistake, reply to us and explain.

9. Newsletter

You choose your topics, frequency and language. You can change them or unsubscribe at any time.

10. No promises beyond reason

We take reasonable steps to keep the site running and your account protected, but the site is provided as it is, and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

11. Leaving

You can download or delete your data from your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.

12. Changes

If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the effective date.
