Bike Rental
Agreement Overview
This agreement is made between Cyclopath (located at Shop #21/22, 8771624 El Nasr Road, Dahab Square, Dahab, South Sinai, Egypt) and you, the esteemed lessee of our equipment, including bicycles, accessories, and additional items specified in the rental agreement.
Reservation Process
To secure your online reservation for bicycles and other equipment, a full payment of 100% of the total price is required through our secure TPV (Point of Sale).
Refund Policy
We are pleased to offer refunds if you notify us at least 10 days prior to your scheduled pickup date.
Identification Requirements
When collecting your bicycle(s), you must present a valid and current identification document, such as an ID card, foreign residency permit, or passport. Please note that a driver’s license or credit/debit card will not be accepted as valid identification. Additionally, you are required to provide details about your accommodation, including the name of your hotel and your room number.
Pickup and Return
All bicycle(s) must be picked up and returned at the Cyclopath shop.
Delivery Services
For your convenience, we offer a delivery and/or pickup service within Dahab for an additional fee of EGP 100 one way.
Responsibility for Equipment
During the rental period, you are fully responsible for the bicycle(s) and any accompanying equipment (such as helmets and accessories).
Chalet Rental
Chalet Access and Serenity
Upon booking your chalet, you are invited to enjoy the full range of our exquisite facilities. We kindly ask that you maintain a tranquil atmosphere during your stay, allowing everyone to relax and unwind.
Smoking and Alcohol Policy
For the comfort of all guests, smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted within the interior of our establishment. However, we have created a delightful seating area just outside, where you are welcome to indulge in your preferred refreshments.
Complimentary Coffee
Each guest is treated to one complimentary espresso per day, courtesy of our mini kitchenette. We celebrate a do-it-yourself ethos, encouraging you to create your own moments of enjoyment.
Cleanliness Commitment
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping your room tidy throughout your stay. Our dedicated team will ensure a thorough cleaning after your departure, so we kindly ask that you take responsibility for maintaining your space during your visit.
Entertainment Access
Feel free to immerse yourself in our entertainment options, including a smart TV, PlayStation 5, Apple TV, and various other consoles. These amenities are available for your enjoyment daily from 7 AM to 10 PM.
Pet Policy
We warmly welcome your furry companions! As a pet-friendly establishment, we kindly request that your pets are sociable with others, particularly since we have our own four-legged friend. Please ensure they attend to their needs in the designated outdoor area.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled up to 10 days in advance will be fully refundable. For cancellations made within 10 days of your stay, we regret to inform you that refunds will not be available.
